The aim of this website is to present Banque de Luxembourg and its activities. It should not be considered as constituting a permanent establishment or effective cross-border provision of services outside the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Applicable law and competent jurisdictions
This website, as well as relations and transactions pertaining to it, is governed by Luxembourg law, in particular the Law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce*.
